SEARCULAR

The cause:

Implementing Circular Economy solutions to reduce marine pollution in the fishing industry.

The Effect

As communications lead for SEARCULAR, we work in collaboration with the project’s 13 partners across Europe. We are responsible for translating and disseminating key research findings and the multiple benefits of a circular economy for the fishing industry, waste managers, policy makers and wider audiences.

At the projects start, we flexed our creative muscles, leading the development of the SEARCULAR logo, branding and website. In line with our detailed Dissemination, Exploitation and Communications strategy, we create and share weekly content on SEARCULAR social channels, developing visually inspiring infographics and engaging videos. Through sharing project research activity as it develops in blogs, web articles and press releases, we are supporting the acceptance and implementation of SEARCULAR four innovative solutions.

As the project’s research develops, we will act as the go-to hub for the project’s published results and outputs, developing policy briefs and leading the dissemination of findings for industry and policy stakeholders.
